Navigation data
The computer systems and applications that underlie the proper functioning of the site may, in the course of their normal operation, acquire through normal navigation protocols some Personal Data. For the purpose referred to in point 3 is the fulfillment of any obligations under applicable laws, regulations or EU legislation, and/or to comply with requests from the authorities. For the purpose under 4, 5 and 6 the legal basis is explicit consent.
PROVISION OF PERSONAL DATA
We inform you that the provision of personal data is not compulsory for the purposes set out in point 1, 2, and 3 however in the event that the data is not provided by the user the Data Controller will find itself unable to activate the Services provided by the Site (purposes 1, 2 and 3) and will not be able to respond to your requests. On the other hand, for purposes 4, 5 and 6, explicit consent must be provided; in case of refusal, your name will not be included in our marketing, and/or profiling activities and it will not be possible to offer you personalized promotional offers.
RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
You will have the right to ask the Data Controller at any time to revoke any consent (art. 7) that may have been given, and access to your personal data (art. 15), rectification (art. 16) or deletion (art. 17) of the same, restriction of the processing concerning you (art.18 ) or to object to their processing (art. 21), as well as the right to data portability (art. 20).We also inform you that you may exercise the rights referred to in the preceding paragraph by sending to the Data Controller the appropriate form (downloadable on the website of the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data) duly completed, through the following means:
