The Valtur Baia del Gusmay Beach Resort devotes special attention to cuisine and experiences of the flavours of the Gargano. Guests can choose between  two restaurants, including a beach restaurant and a beach bar bistrot, and four bars, including a pool bar and a beach bar.

  • Full Board

    For guests staying in Classic, Superior and Comfort rooms, the formula includes:

    Classic and Comfort rooms:

    Breakfast, lunch and dinner served buffet style at the main restaurant La Fenice.

    Superior Rooms:

    Breakfast buffet at the Trabucco Beach Restaurant.
    Lunch and dinner buffet at the main restaurant La Fenice

    Classic, Comfor and Superior rooms:

    Drinks included with meals: water, wine, beer, soft drinks and espresso during breakfast.
    For an additional fee: possibility of dining at the Trabucco Beach Restaurant, upon reservation.

  • Bed&Breakfast or Half Board

    For guests of the Le Dune Suite and Le Dune Beach Suite, the formula includes

    Breakfast: buffet style at the Trabucco Beach Restaurant.
    Dinner: à la carte, served at the table at the Trabucco Beach Restaurant (drinks not included).
    Possibility of dining at La Fenice Restaurant, upon prior reservation.
    Drinks excluded during meals.

    At the Valtur Baia del Gusmay Beach Resort we have everyone's wishes at heart, young and old alike.

    In our gastronomic proposal, we pay special attention to KM 0 raw materials to preserve and protect the nature that hosts us, and to those who prefer a healthy and light diet with the Nature and Wellness corner. In all our restaurants we provide specific food for those with intolerances and the Baby and Mummy service for our youngest guests, through which we provide everything they need to prepare their meals.

  • Botanical garden

    A Resort born in harmony with nature and designed to respect it, starting with the Km 0 cuisine.

    The resort's restaurants use products grown in the property's botanical garden, a place where local biodiversity is enhanced and preserved. Here, among the lush crops, you can find the fresh, wholesome ingredients that characterize the Km 0 cuisine of the restaurants.
